The Appellant has filed the fresh appeal under Section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 22^nd February, 2017 passed in O.C. No. 661/2016. Issue notice. Mr. Neeraj Atri, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent accepts the notice and seeks time to file the reply. Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the Learned Counsel of the Appellant who may file the rejoinder six weeks thereafter.

The application has been filed for staying the Impugned Order. The Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has received the notice under Section 8(4) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 is pressing for the Interim Order in relation to the attached property i.e. Shop No. 1 & 2 Urvasi Complex, Sigra, Varanasi, U.P. He submits that during the pendency of the appeal his client shall not dispose of the said property in any matter directly or indirectly. He further submits that in order to secure the order the appellant without prejudice is ready to deposit the occupation charges after ascertaining from the market rent. Let the Affidavit be filed on or before the next date so that the appropriate order be passed. In the meanwhile, the respondent is allowed to file the reply within six weeks. List this application on 28^th September, 2017. Till the next date no further steps shall be taken for the respondent in view of the notice under Section 8(4) of the Prevention of the Money Laundering Act, 2002.
