The counsel for the appellant has filed the fresh appeal challenging the order dated 16th September, 2016 passed in O.C. No. 589/2016. Along with the appeal two miscellaneous applications have been filed. One of the application is for condonation of delay of 135 days is filing the present appeal. Issue notice to the condonation of delay application to the respondent. Mr. Matta, accepts the notice on behalf of Mr. Vikas Garg. Reply if any be filed within four weeks. The counsel for the appellant states that complete set of paper book will be filed within three days from today.
