Learned Counsel to the respondent accepts the notice, he seeks time to file the reply. Let the same be filed within six weeks and the rejoinder be filed within four weeks thereafter. List the appeal on 07^th September, 2017.

Shri Prabhat Kumar, Learned Counsel for the appellant is pressing for Interim Order. He submits that the importer in the case has already deposited a sum of more than Rs. 3 Crores out of Rs. 13 Crores of the duty imposed by the Department. He submits that till the next date of hearing his client shall not create third party interest to dispose of the attached properties belonging to the applicant/appellant in any manner

directly or indirectly. Let the reply be filed by the respondent within six weeks with an advance copy to the Learned Counsel for the Appellant
