He submits that the importer in the case has already deposited a sum of more than Rs. 3 Crores out of Rs. 13 Crores of the duty imposed by the Department. He submits that till the next date of hearing his client shall not create third party interest to dispose of the attached properties belonging to the applicant/appellant in any manner

directly or indirectly. Let the reply be filed by the respondent within six weeks with an advance copy to the Learned Counsel for the Appellant
