We may also clarify that on 6th July, 2017, we have passed the interim order in favour of the appellant. However due to oversight on the 13th July, 2017 the order for status quo has been passed. With the consent of the parties, we clarify the order passed on 13th July, 2017 by stating that the interim order passed on 6th July, 2017 will prevail upon.
