The fresh appeal has been filed under section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 17^th March, 2017 passed in O.C. No. 668/2016. Issue notice to the respondent. Mr. Vikas Garg, Advocate accepts the notice. Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder four weeks thereafter.

Counsel for the appellant submits that the application for the stay has been filed on 8^th June, 2017, however, the same is not on record. The counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has also received the notice under section 8(4) of the Act. He is pressing for the interim order. The Registry is directed to list the said application on the next date fixed in the

application. In the meanwhile the appellant is allowed to file the additional affidavit disclosing the present status of the all movable and immovable property along with the documents.
