Mr. Atul Tripathi, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent accepts the notice and seeks time to file the reply. Reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

Alongwith the present appeal an application for stay of operation of the impugned order has been filed. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that no notice u/s 8(4) for possession of the property has been received from the respondent. As and when any notice is received by the appellant from the respondent for taking possession of the property the appellant may mention the matter and press the interim prayer which will be considered on merits. In case notice u/s 8(4) of PMLA is issued by the respondent, a copy of the notice shall also be served to the counsel for the appellant.
In the meanwhile respondent is given liberty to file the reply within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.
