The appellant has filed the present appeal u/s 26 of PML Act 2002 challenging the order dated 3^rd February, 2017. Alongwith the appeal an application for condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the appeal has been filed. Issue notice to the respondent. Mr. Atul Tripathi, Advocate appeara on behalf of the respondent and accepts the notice of the appeal as well as the application for condonation of delay. The prayer is not opposed by the respondent. Even for the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed. The application for condonation of delay is disposed of.
