1). The appellant has filed the present appeal Under Section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 challenging the order dated 21st March, 2016 passed in O.C. No. 651/2016. Issue notice to the Learned Counsel of the Respondent Ms. Shilpi Satyapriya Satyam, Advocate accepts the notice.
2). Learned Counsel for the appellant is pressing for Interim Order who has made his submissions for sometime. Counsel for the respondent seeks one week time to take the instructions from her client. Till the next date of hearing she is agreeable if the „ status quo ‟ order be passed in relation to the attached properties. The „ status quo ‟ order is passed accordingly.
