Fresh applications have been filed by the appellant. Issue notice to the respondent for 21^st July 2017. Reply, if any, be filed by the next date. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the meanwhile the appellant will take necessary steps as per the procedure later on under Rule 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering (Taking Possession of Attached or Frozen Properties Confirmed by the Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2013 in relation to the immovable property with the Enforcement Directorate within five days.
