Heard both sides for sometime. We are not inclined to grant the remaining relief of other immovable properties of the appellant at this stage. Since, the said relief is not being granted the order passed on 15^th February, 2017 shall continue during the pendency of appeal pertaining to the property in question i.e. property No. 2 situated at Door No. 10, River View Road, Kottupuram, Chennai 600085 without any condition. In case the wife of the appellant in appeal No. 1674/2017 is inclined to take the possession of one car which is valued at Rs. 4,00,000/-, she may deposit the value and the take the possession of the same. The said deposit shall without prejudice be made within four weeks and order would be passed by the Special Court for release of the same once the amount is deposited. In case of failure to deposit the same it would be presumed that the wife of the appellant is not interested.
