Smt. Sherna F. Irani, is the wife of Shri Farouk Irani. The appeal no. FPA-PMLA-1676/CHN/2017 has been filed by daughter of Smt. Sherna F. Irani. Three separate appeals have been filed. We passed the interim order in appeal no. FPA-PMLA-1674/CHN/2017 & FPA-PMLA-1675/CHN/2017 on 15th February, 2017. The valuation documents have been filed by them stating that immovable property can fetch the rent to the extent of Rs. 50,000/- p.m. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file the reply. He submits he would verify and alongwith reply the valuation documents will be filed so that appropriate order may be passed during the pendency of the appeal on the next date. Let the same be done within two weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder, if necessary, within one week. List the application for arguments on 19th April, 2017.
Interim order passed on 15th February, 2017 shall continue till the next date.
