The appellant has filed the appeal impugning the order dated 2nd December, 2016. Along with the appeal the appellant has also filed the application for condonation of delay. The appellants were Defendant – 2 & 3 in the Original Complaint. The defendant no. 1 appeal is already pending before this Tribunal and is coming up on 13th July, 2017. There is a small delay of about 13 days in filing the appeal which is requested to be condoned. The prayer is not opposed by Mr. Nitesh Rana, Advocate who is appearing on behalf of the respondent. The same is allowed. The MP disposed off accordingly.
