The fresh appeal has been filed under section 26 of PMLA, 2002 against the impugned order dated 1^st December, 2016 passed by the Adjudicating Authority in O.C. No. 612/2016. Issue notice to the respondent. Shri Rajeev Awashti, Advocate on behalf of the respondent accepts the notice and seeks time to file the reply. Let the reply be filed

within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

The counsel for the appellant is pressing for interim order. We have been informed by Shri Rajeev Awasthi, learned counsel for the respondent that notice under section 8(4) has not been issued. At this stage, as and when any notice is issued under section 8(4) to the appellant, copy of the said notice shall also be supplied to the counsel for the appellant so that at that stage the appellant may approach this Tribunal which may decide the matter. The said request would be considered on merit.
