The learned counsel for both the parties admit that the order passed by this Tribunal on 21^st February, 2017 in interim applications have been challenged by the respondent in the High Court of Judicature at Madras by filing of the appeals being 1561/2017 to 1567/2017. Those are still pending. The interim protection granted by this Tribunal by order dated 21.02.2017 to the appellants were ordered to be stayed. One set of the paper book was sent to the Hon’ble High Court as directed.

On the last date of hearing and today part submissions are made by the learned counsel for the appellant in main appeal.
