The appellant has filed the present appeal u/s26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2016. Alongwith the appeal the appellant has filed an application for condonation of delay of 7 days. The prayers of said application is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent.
In view of the same as well as the averments made in the application the delay of 7 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly the application is disposed off.
