This is a fresh appeal filed by the appellant. Issue notice of the appeal to the respondent no. 1. Shri Nitesh Rana, Advocate learned counsel for the Respondent no.1 accepts notice and seeks time to file the reply. Reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant, who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter. No one appeared for respondent no. 2, however, Shri Johnson K. George, advocate submits that his prejudice be recorded on behalf of respondent no. 2 also and appellant in the present appeal and the husband of appellant appeal no. i.e. FPA-PMLA-1614/MUM/2017 which is a connected case.
After filing the appeal, an application for stay has been handed over to the counsel for the respondent no. (1). Issue notice of the

application. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and seeks time to file the reply. The Liberty is granted to appellant to move an application for urgent hearing when notice u/s 8 (4) of PMLA is received by the respondent no. 1.
