This is a fresh appeal filed by the appellant. Shri Johnson K. George, Advocate appears for appellant and respondent no. 2. He says that he has received a communication from main appellant’s counsel requesting him to appear on his behalf as he is in personal difficulties. Issue notice of the appeal to the respondent no. 1. Shri Nitesh Rana, Advocate learned counsel for the Respondent no.1 accepts notice and seeks time to file the reply. Reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant, who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

be numbered by the registry. Issue notice to the application. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and seeks time to file the reply. Reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant. Rejoinder if necessary be filed within four weeks thereafter.

The counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that so far no notice u/s 8(4) of PMLA has been issued. The liberty is granted to appellant to file an application for urgent hearing when notice u/s 8 (4) of PMLA is received by the respondent no. 1.
