In terms of the last order the appellant has filed certain documents. The counsel for the respondent seeks time to file the reply to the appeal as well as the interim application. He states that he has taken instruction from the department who has no objection on the status quo order be passed in the meanwhile. Let the reply be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter. Both the party shall maintain the status quo. An undertaking on behalf of the appellant that he shall not dispose of or create any third party interest directly or indirectly in the property, shall be filed by the appellant.
