The counsel for the appellant submits that the valuation certificate pertaining to the attached property will be given for the purpose of fixing the use and occupation charges if any will be handed over to the counsel for the respondent in view of the order dated 13th January, 2017 within 15 days. In the meanwhile the appellant is allowed to file the rejoinder to the main appeal within four weeks.
