The appellant has filed the appeal u/s 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against order dated 26^th October, 2016 passed in OC No. 613/2016 by the Adjudicating Authority. Along with the appeal, the appellant has filed the application for Condonation of Delay of 19 days in filing the appeal. The reason for delay happened is mentioned in para 3, 4 & 5 of the application. Issue notice to the learned counsel for the respondent. Prayer is not opposed. The delay is condoned.
