Fresh appeal has been filed by the appellant. Issue notice to the respondent. Mr. S.A. Saud, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and seeks time to file the reply. Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

The learned counsel for the appellant states that the said property is a residential property and the appellant undertakes not to dispose off the said property or part with the possession in any manner directly or indirectly. He submits that appellant will file the affidavit disclosing the market value of the rent of the said property alongwith agreement, if any, within two weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondent and Zonal Office. The learned counsel for the respondent is opposing the prayer in the application. The affidavit be filed within two weeks so that appropriate order would be passed on the next date of hearing. Subject to the filing of the affidavit and undertaking on behalf of the appellant not to dispose off the property, the status quo shall be maintained by parties till the next date. The respondent is also granted liberty to file reply to the stay application by the next date.
