Fresh appeal has been filed by the appellant. Issue notice to the respondent. Mr. S.A. Saud, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and seeks time to file the reply. Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is not generating any income from the said property. The said prayer is opposed. Let the affidavit in this regard be filed within two weeks from today with a copy to the learned counsel for the respondent and to the concerned Zonal Office. The learned counsel for the respondent will verify the same and file the reply on or before next date, if necessary. We may pass appropriate order after the filing of the affidavit and reply. Till the next date of hearing, the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the said property subject to the condition that the appellant shall not dispose off or part with or create any third party rights in the said property till further order of this Tribunal. Reply be filed by the respondent by next date.
