The counsel for both the parties pointed out that in the order dated 26^th April, 2017 passed by the Hon‟ble High Court of Hyderabad. The certain directions have been issued. The operative part of the order reads as under:

“Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, both the parties are directed to approach the Appellate Tribunal at New Delhi and urge the pointes raised in this appeal before it. The Appellate Tribunal at New Delhi is hereby directed not to take any coercive steps against the officials upto 03.05.2017”.

After small hearing both the counsels agree that the points raised by the respondent in the appeal be kept pending and the same time,
