Fresh appeal has been filed by the appellant. Issue notice to the respondent. Mr. S.A. Saud, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and seeks time to file the reply. Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

The learned counsel for the appellant has made his submission. Issue notice to the respondent. Mr. S.A. Saud, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and seeks time to file the reply. Let the reply be filed within two weeks. He submits that in some similar matter earlier, some restrictions were imposed by this Tribunal while granting the stay. He does not have the copy of the said order and he will produce the same on the next date.

List this application on 7^th March, 2017.

In the meanwhile, the parties shall maintain the status quo in respect of movable property, the details of the same is mentioned in para 2 of the application. Till the next date of hearing, the appellant undertakes not to sell or transfer the shares in any manner.

We may clarify that as soon as the said order is produced by Mr. S.A. Saud, Advocate about the imposition of restriction, an appropriate order would be passed after hearing.

Copy of the order be given ‘dasti’ to both the parties.
