The appellant has filed the appeal under section 26 of PML Act, 2002 against the order dated 26.10.2016 passed in original complaint no. 616/2016. Along with the appeal an application for condonation of delay has been filed. After calculation it appears that there is a delay of about one week. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that let the Tribunal may take appropriate decision in the prayer made in the application. The prayer is considered and allowed and the application is disposed off.
