The present appeal has been filed by four appellants. Objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondent that Appellant-1, i.e. Smt. Srividhya Subramanian said on different allegation than the Appellant Nos. 2 to 4. All four appellants have filed a common affidavit wherein it has been stated that they shall not take inconsistent plea on any issue of facts between the appellants. The learned counsel for the appellant, however, after small hearing is agreeable to file the independent appeal on behalf of Appellant-I on similar grounds of appeal. He submits that the present appeal be treated on behalf of Appellant No. 2 to 4 and liberty be granted to the appellant-1 to file and independent appeal and grounds. The counsel for the respondent has not objection, however liberty is granted to the appellant-1 to rely upon the same documents already filed on behalf of the other appellants. The

suggestion of the appellant’s counsel is accordingly accepted. The present appeal may be treated as on behalf of appellant 2 to 4. Issue notice to the respondent. The counsel for the respondent seeks six weeks time to file the reply. Let the same be done within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder four weeks thereafter.

Liberty is granted to the appellant-1 to file the independent grounds of appeal within six weeks from today. Registry will give the number of said appeals accordingly.
