The learned counsel for the appellant states that appellant has been acquitted from the scheduled offence by the Special Judge (Lokayukta) and Principal Sessions Judge at Kalaburagi in Spceial Case no. 5 of 2015. He states that the said judgment has been passed on 1^st April, 2017. The counsel for the respondent is not aware as to whether the said order has been challenged or not. As far as PMLA proceedings are concerned it is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the said complaint under PMLA is pending. However, he states that once the Judgement of acquittal has been passed in favour of the appellant the said PMLA proceedings have become infructuous. He
