He has also submitted that in the similar situation another appellant has withdrawn the appeal pertaining to the same O.C. i.e. M/s Himlakshi Tradelinks Pvt. Ltd. Prima facie it appears that there is forced in the submission made by Shri S.A. Saud. The learned counsel for the appellant want to seek instructions.
