The learned counsel for the appellant has brought a bank draft in the name of Registrar General of this Tribunal which is not possible as per the procedure. The learned counsel for the respondent agrees to inform the appellant’s counsel the name of the authority in whose name bank draft is required to be made. Let the cost be paid in the appropriate name within two weeks.

As far as the appeal is concerned, reply to the appeal as well as stay application has been filed. A newly counsel appointed appeared on behalf of the appellant and seeks time to file the rejoinder to the appeal as well as stay application.
