It appears that despite of status quo order, the possession has been taken by the respondent on 19th July, 2017. We have heard the learned counsel for both the parties. It appears to us that such a thing happened due to communication gap between the respondent and its counsel. Learned counsel for the respondent very fairly stated that the possession shall be restored within two days from today to the appellant for which the appellant have no objection. We direct the respondent to restore the possession by 23rd July, 2017 by 4:00 PM.
As far as the hearing of the application for stay is concerned, the same be listed for argument on 27th October, 2017.
