The learned counsel for the respondent seeks two weeks more time to file the reply alongwith details of the prevailing market rent pertaining to the property in question as according to him the rent is much higher than the figure proposed by the learned counsel for the appellant. On the last date of hearing, the rent suggested by the appellant is Rs. 10,000/-. Let the documents be filed on or before the next date with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant.
