After passing the order dated 16th November, 2016, the respondent has filed the application for passing the appropriate order. It is mentioned in the application that on the last date the respondent was ordered to deposit a sum of Rs. 20 lakhs with the respondent in order to get the interim order during the pendency of the appeal. However, due to oversight the said observation has not been reflected in the order dated 16th November, 2016.
The learned counsel for the appellant has confirmed about the passing of order who has now agreed on behalf of his client to deposit the amount of Rs. 20 lakhs in the form of FDR in the name of Director, FIU by

15th February, 2017. With the consent of the parties, the said order is passed subject to deposit the amount of Rs. 20 lakhs on or before 15th February, 2017, the operation of the Impugned Order shall remain stayed in the pendency of the appeal.
