The learned counsel for the appellant in support of the argument has also referred order dated 23rd December, 2015 passed by Hon’ble Delhi High Court in WP (C) No. 12274/2015. Admittedly, the impugned order in the above said matter is dated 24th November, 2015. Notice under section 8(4) of the PMLA, 2002 has been filed more than One year and Nine months considering the averment made in the application. Let the
