Fresh application has been filed. By virtue of this application, learned Counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the Vakalatnama. It is stated in the application that despite of various communications, the appellant has failed to pay the outstanding amount and unable to give the instruction, therefore, the counsel is unable to represent the case of the appellant. Alongwith the application the notice of the E-mail dated 26th December, 2016, 28th December, 2016 and 06th January, 2017 have been filed. In view of the averments made in the application, the prayer is allowed. The counsel is allowed to withdraw from the case. Since there is
