MP-PMLA-2872/HYD/2016 the first application is pending for disposal in which the prayer is sought to pass the direction to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,15,54, 500/- in lieu of the property attached by the respondent.
In the second application, MP-PMLA-2874/HYD/2016 (MISC) the prayer is made seeking the direction to deposit a sum of Rs. 6,69,37,415/in lieu of the property attached by the respondent.
The counsel for the appellant has informed us that the writ petition filed by the appellant is also pending in the Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh High Court for seeking certain directions. The appellant to file

His clients are also agreeable to give an undertaking before this Tribunal not to sell or alienate the said property till the final outcome of the prosecution complaint. The counsel for the respondent submits that he will seek instructions in this regard.
