Reply has been filed by the respondent. Mr. Saud, learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the copy has been E-mailed to the learned Counsel of the appellant. The rejoinder be filed by the appellant within four weeks. Both parties are also granted six weeks time to file written arguments. Mr. Saud states that instead of filing of written arguments, his client will file the copy of the prosecution complaint which contains all the details. Let the same be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the appellant who is granted six weeks time to file written synopsis.
