Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the provisional attachment in the above-said matter were made on 31^st March, 2015. The Adjudicating Authority passed the confirmation order within six months from the said date. He submits that on 30^th July, 2015, after filing the reply, the appellant intended to file the additional document, but the same were not taken on record. The said order has been challenged by the appellant in the present appeal. Admittedly, the impugned order was passed on 06^th August, 2015. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the said documents which were not considered by the Adjudicating Authority have been filed alongwith the appeal. Let the application for the additional documents be filed within two weeks.
