Mr. Rajeev Awasthi, Advocate seeks an adjournment to take the instructions from the appellant to deposit the sum of Rs. 50 lacs which was received by the appellant from the accused party. He admit that the said amount was received by his client in cash out of the said amount 47 lakh were deposited by him with the bank to clear the loan (for which the appellant will file the proof on or before the next date). Remaining 3 lakh he utilised for getting released the mortgaged jewellery of his wife. Certain suggestion is made as to whether the appellant is ready to deposit the said amount which is received by the appellant from the

accused person. On this he made the request for adjournment which is
not opposed by Mr. S.A. Saud, Advocate.
