Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sum of amount Rs. 3,85,15,000/- by way of FDR could not be deposited within two weeks as directed by the order dated 05th May, 2017. He submits that when the FDR was offered to the authority, the same was not accepted as the amount was not deposited within the time granted by this Tribunal as there was a delay of more than one week. Counsel submits that his client is always ready to deposit the said amount. He submits that he would be
