The Seven Appellants have filed appeal under Section 26 of the PMLA against the impugning the order dated 10^th June, 2015 in the original complaint no. 433/2015. The learned counsel for the appellant is agreeable that separate/independent appeals were supposed to be filed. However, he agrees to file the independent appeal on behalf of appellants- 2 to 7 for which Mr. N.K. Matta, the learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection. Let the same be done within six weeks. As far as the appellant-1 Mr. M. Palanichamy, appellant is concerned he expired on 19^th October, 2015 and the legal representative of the deceased filed the application under order XXII Rule 3 read with section 151 of CPC for bringing on record the legal heir. Mr. N.K. Matta, Advocate seeks time to file the reply. Reply be filed within four weeks. Mr. Matta, is agreeable that in view of the reasons mentioned above, the

present appeal shall be treated, once the application for taking on record legal heirs is allowed, to be filed on behalf of the deceased person.

In the meanwhile, the legal heirs of the appellant-I shall also take steps within 10 days to serve Respondent-2 before the next date of hearing.

Notice may also be given dasti to respondent-2.
