Proxy Counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the arguing Counsel has met with an accident, and hence the matter be adjourned. It appears that even on the last date of hearing, the matter was adjourned at the request of the learned Counsel for the appellant which was allowed as a last opportunity. However, in view of the personal indisposition of the Counsel the matter is adjourned to 8th of February, 2018 as a final opportunity to the appellant to argue the appeal.
