The above mentioned appeals have been filed under Section 52 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 read with Section 19 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 against the order dated 19th March, 2008. Along with the appeal the application for condonation of delay has been filed by the appellant. The contention of the appellant is that the impugned order dated 19th March, 2008 was served only on 22nd May, 2017. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks sometime to verify the said contention.
