Both the parties have informed us that Late Nemi Chand Jain alias
Chandra Swami has died on 23rd May, 2017. Photocopy of the death
certificate has been produced. The counsel for both the parties submits

that as far as the appeals are pending against Shri Nemi Chand Jain alias Chandra Swami is concerned, the same are abated. However, with
regard to the other appellants, the appeals will continue.
