Proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that in compliance with the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur, the appellant has deposited 15 per cent of the total penalty amount. He submits that for remaining relief of 85 percent which are by way of Bank guarantee, the matter is still sub-judice in the High Court. It is stated that the said order have been passed on behalf of three appellants i.e. M/s. Space Age Polymer Pvt. Ltd. , Mrs. Batool Dawood and Mrs. Shahnaz Dawood. As regards, Miss. Bilquis Bano, it is stated that she is no more.
The appellant has filed a copy of the order as well as the proof of deposit of 15 per cent of the penalty amount under the compliance of 2 appellants. However, he submits that with regard to Mrs. Shahnaz Dawood, the order has

already been passed and the said appellant has also deposited the penalty amount and the proof of the same would be filed by the next date of hearing.
In view of the above, re-notify on 21st May, 2018.
