In terms of the last order, the Registry has not issued the notice. The appellant was earlier directed to file the copies of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay. However, no one appears on behalf of the appellant. On the last date of hearing, notice was ordered to be issued to the appellant. However, the Registry has not issued the same. Fresh notice be issued to the appellant as well as to his counsel to represent the case on next date of hearing i.e. on 13^th March, 2018.

The legal consultant of the respondent is also directed to inform the next date of hearing to the appellant as well as his counsel.
