The appellant has still not complied the order dated 12th April, 2016 expect the statement is made that a petition has been pending before the Bombay High Court and the same is still to be considered. It is an admitted position that the direction were issued on 12th April, 2016 to deposit the amount. More than one year, there is a non-compliance of the order. Therefore, we have no option to dismiss the appeal.
The appeal is dismissed for non compliance of order.
