He is not aware about whether the cost has been deposited or not. No proof has been produced. He submits that the arguing counsel is busy in Bangalore, as there is a death in his family.
As a matter of Fact, it appears that even the last order has not been complied with. The matter is adjourned subject to cost of Rs. 10000 /-
