It is stated by learned counsel for the appellant that he has challenged the order before the Hon’ble Gujrat High Court against taking cognizance in PMLA case. He further submits that the matter is coming up in the High Court tomorrow and seeks an adjournment, which is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.
