Despite the order dated 24th August, 2016, no one appears on behalf of the appellant to address the arguments even today. Proxy counsel is also not present. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the cost imposed of Rs. 2,500/- has also not been paid. Normally, we would have dismissed the appeal in default for non-prosecution and/or non-appearance. However considering the facts that some other connected matters are pending which are coming on various dates. We are of the view that atleast the cost imposed by order dated 24th August, 2016 should have been paid for by the appellant. There is total default on the part of the appellant. Under these circumstances, a sum of Rs. 5,000/- is

imposed for an adjournment that shall be paid by the appellant on or
before to the counsel for the respondent before the next date of hearing.
